EHS Administrative CoordinatorGenesis10 is currently seeking an EHS Administrative Coordinator for a contract position with a Global Manufacturing Company located in Cleveland, OH. This is a contract opportunity. Compensation: $20.00 per hour, W2 Position Overview: This position provides administrative and organizational support to the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) department. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering and organizing data, managing documentation, and supporting the department with day-to-day administrative activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform accurate and timely data entry for EHS records, reports, databases, and tracking systemsMaintain, organize, and update electronic and hard-copy EHS files and documentationFile and retrieve safety, environmental, training, inspection, incident, and compliance records as neededOrganize information to ensure EHS documentation is easily accessible and maintained in accordance with company requirementsMaintain spreadsheets, tracking logs, and databases related to EHS activitiesAssist with tracking employee training, certifications, inspections, audits, corrective actions, and other EHS-related requirementsPrepare, organize, and distribute EHS forms, reports, communications, and other documentationAssist EHS personnel with compiling information and preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materialsReview documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency and follow up on missing information when necessaryMaintain organized electronic folders and shared drives, ensuring documents are properly named, stored, and retainedAssist with maintaining safety bulletin boards, employee communication materials, and EHS resourcesSupport scheduling of EHS meetings, training, inspections, and other department activitiesAssist with maintaining records related to regulatory and company EHS requirementsHandle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyProvide general administrative support to the EHS department as neededPrimary Requirements:Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school1-2+ years related experience and/or trainingStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to learn other software programs as requiredBackground in executive secretarial area and/or office managementStrong time management and communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manualsOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
