Job description
Southland Industries seeks a data-driven EHS analytics leader to own enterprise-wide safety platforms. You will define data standards, partner with IT for secure administration, and drive dashboards and reporting for proactive decision-making across divisions.
You will lead the standardization of KPIs like TRIR/DART, collaborate with Corporate/Regional Safety, IT, and Operations, and ensure regulatory compliance through OSHA documentation and analytics-driven improvements.
