Job description
McKinstry is seeking an EHS Director to lead the safety vision across its offsite manufacturing network in Spokane, WA. The role sets multi-year safety strategy, builds a team of safety professionals, and partners with senior operations leaders to embed safety into all fabrication activities.
The ideal candidate has extensive manufacturing EHS experience, proven planning ability, and a track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. A strong safety culture is required.
