Where Is The Work
On-Site (5 days)
The Environmental Health & Safety leader, leads and supports site EHS programs to maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace. This role oversees day-to-day EHS activities, promotes a strong safety culture, ensures compliance with applicable regulations, and partners with operations and leadership to reduce risk and drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
Lead day-to-day EHS activities and programs
Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations
Conduct inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations
Track key EHS metrics and support corrective actions
Lead safety training, onboarding, and refresher programs
Partner with site leaders to identify and reduce workplace hazards
Support programs such as lockout/tagout, hazard communication, machine guarding, ergonomics, powered industrial trucks, and emergency response
Supervise EHS technicians across multiple shifts
What You Will Bring
3–7 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or other general industry environments
Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered
Knowledge of general industry safety and environmental compliance requirements
Experience with audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments
Strong leadership, communication, training, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS reporting systems
Preferred
ASP, CSP, CHMM, or CIH certification
Experience with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001
Continuous improvement or behavior-based safety experience

$83,600.00 - $151,479.99
