Job description
Mid-City Foundry is seeking an EHS Specialist to own the Environmental, Health & Safety function across Milwaukee and Grafton facilities. You will lead programs, drive regulatory compliance, and shape safety culture in a hands-on role.
With a focus on incident investigations, training, environmental compliance, and workers' comp, you will partner with Operations, Quality, HR, and leadership to deliver continuous improvement and audits, while supporting a family‑owned environment.
