Job description
Baker Manufacturing Company, LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead, develop, and manage our EHS programs across manufacturing, foundry, and warehouse operations in Wisconsin. This role is hands-on and requires close collaboration with plant leadership to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.
The EHS Manager will oversee training, incident investigations, regulatory filings, and continuous improvement, traveling as needed across Wisconsin facilities.
