Job description
Matthews International in Elberton, GA is seeking a Manager of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to lead site safety programs, promote a culture of safety, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
You will drive continuous improvement using PDCA, oversee Job Hazard Analysis, investigate incidents, and champion the Matthews Management System to achieve a Zero Incidents goal while supporting operations and risk reduction.
