If you take pride in leading crews, delivering quality work, and being part of a fun, loyal, and professional team, this role is for you.The EL06 Lead/Foreman Electrician will play a key leadership role on a wide variety of commercial low voltage projects across both public and private sectors.What We Are Looking ForEL06 Electrical License (Required)Valid driver's license (Required)2+ years of low voltage electrical experience (Required)Strong knowledge of NEC, local electrical codes, and industry best practicesExperience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage electrical systems, including data and fiber, access controls, security/intrusion detection, surveillance, and moreStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to safety with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safe work practicesWhat You Will DoInstall, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot low voltage electrical systemsRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical diagrams to complete projects accuratelyMentor and support apprentices by providing guidance, training, and quality workmanship standardsCoordinate effectively with project managers, general contractors, customers, etc. throughout each projectComplete required documentation, such as daily reports, safety meeting documentation, and progress updatesWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on high-profile, meaningful projectsStrong leadership support and clear expectationsDiverse project mix—no "same job every day" workLong-term stability with a growing, respected contractorA team culture that values people, craftsmanship, and loyaltyCompetitive total compensation package, including:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (employee & dependents)PTO and paid holidays401(k) planLong-Term Disability and Life InsuranceCompensation$45.00 – $50.00 per hour, based on experienceScheduleMonday – Friday8–10-hour shiftsConsistent, reliable work hours
