Job description
ELD Bilingual Paraprofessional
Current vacancies exist for the for ELD Bilingual Paraprofessionals within the Norristown Area School District.
Duties
Provides instructional and clerical support to teachers
Supports and assists students with the completion of assigned tasks either individually or in small groups
Provides verbal and written translation services in support of the educational program at the assigned school
Performs related duties as required
Requirements
Bilingual - Spanish required
Experience working with children
Knowledge of community resources and agencies
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organization skills
Ability to collaborate with others
Ability to translate verbally and in writing (English and Spanish)
Hourly Rate, :
$22.45 - $29.38 (based on education and experience)
