Job description
Reflection is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Election Integrity, Violent Extremism, and Fraud to lead evaluation, review workflows, and enforcement end-to-end. You will partner with Safety, Alignment, Policy, and Legal teams to close gaps as the threat landscape evolves.
You will review novel or ambiguous content, surface policy gaps, and work with engineering to improve detection models and enforcement systems. This role involves handling high-stakes decisions during major election cycles.
