Electrical Apprentice – Civil DivisionWe are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our Civil Division. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position working outdoors on large-scale construction and electrical infrastructure projects throughout Nebraska.This role requires Monday–Friday travel across Nebraska, with $125 per day per diem provided. Enjoy being home every weekend!If you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to grow your career in the electrical field, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist licensed electricians with installing conduit, wiring, lighting, and control systemsPerform underground electrical work, including trenching and pole settingOperate hand tools and power tools safely and efficientlyAssist with job site layout, measurements, and basic electrical setupsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company, OSHA, and DOT safety standardsQualificationsPrevious construction experience required (civil, utility, or electrical preferred)Valid driver's license with a good driving record requiredMust have a clean criminal backgroundAbility to pass a background check and drug screenAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsPhysically able to perform manual laborStrong work ethic, teamwork skills, and attention to detailWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience$125/day per diem while travelingOvertime opportunitiesOn-the-job training with experienced electriciansAdvancement opportunities within the companySafety-first culture and strong team environmentSteady, year-round workHome every weekend
