We work closely with owners, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and exceptional project delivery.We are currently seeking Licensed Electricians to join our team in Austin, Texas.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial facilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagramsPerform work in compliance with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standardsTroubleshoot electrical issues and complete repairs as neededAdhere to all company safety policies and maintain a clean work environmentCollaborate effectively with project teams to ensure timely project completionRequirementsValid OSHA 10 CertificationCurrent Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) Electrical Apprentice or Licensed Journeyman.Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetyPreferred QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of commercial electrical experienceExperience with conduit bending, panel installations, and lighting systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPay RatesElectrical Apprentices: $18.00 – $37.00 per hourJourneyman Electricians: $38.00 – $48.00 per hourOvertime Opportunities AvailableBenefitsStable employment with a well-established company backed by 19 years of successConsistent work opportunities and long-term projects401(k) retirement plan with company matchComprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance benefitsAccrued Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysCareer advancement opportunitiesSupportive team environment focused on professional growth and successJoin the Hays Electrical Services team and help power some of the industry's most exciting projects.
