What You'll Do
Support licensed electricians with residential installations and repairs
Learn and apply electrical codes, safety practices, and wiring standards
Assist with organizing tools, materials, and job site clean-up
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Participate in regular training to enhance your technical skills
What We're Looking For
Willingness to learn and grow in the electrical trade
Drug-free with a clean criminal background
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, or tight areas
Professional appearance and commitment to safety and quality
Authorized to work in the United States
