Electrician ApprenticeWe are seeking a motivated Electrician Apprentice to join our growing team. This role supports company goals around profitability, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is eager to learn the trade, works well under supervision, and is committed to developing into a skilled electrician through hands-on experience and mentorship.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnician CollaborationAssist Lead Technicians with residential electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairPerform work in accordance with company standards and the National Electrical Code (NEC)Standards & Quality ControlWear company-issued uniform and ID, at all times.Use protective materials (boot covers, drop cloths, floor protection) to safeguard customer propertyKeep work areas clean and organizedDouble-check all work to prevent errors and callbacksTake ownership of jobsite cleanliness and overall work qualityCustomer Interaction & ProfessionalismMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on every jobCommunicate clearly and courteously with customersExplain work being performed and reinforce the company's quality standardsNever recommend or sell unnecessary services or productsAddress and resolve customer concerns promptly when possibleCommunication & TeamworkMaintain regular communication with the Manager or Dispatcher throughout the workdayParticipate in company training meetings and skill development programsContribute positively to team culture and operational excellenceGeneral DutiesMaintain truck stock, cleanliness, and organizationFollow all safety protocols on the job and while drivingSupport overall company goals related to customer satisfaction and efficiencySchedule & Work EnvironmentFull-time positionSome nights, weekends, on-call work, and overtime required based on workloadIndoor and outdoor work environmentsRequirementsExperienceTechnical or trade school courseworkApprentice-level understanding of electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshootingSkills & AttributesStrong work ethic and positive attitudeExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to learn quickly in a structured, supervised environmentDependable, self-motivated, and adaptableAble to work independently or as part of a teamCommitment to ongoing training and self-improvementValid driver's licenseAbility to pass random drug testingClean criminal backgroundOwnership of required basic hand toolsPhysical & Working ConditionsAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsComfortable working around live electrical systems under supervisionAbility to wear required safety gearCapable of climbing ladders, working on roofs and scaffoldingAble to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spacesBenefitsWeekly Pay!Unlimited Earning Potential!Monthly contribution toward health insurance!Employer Paid Short Term Disability Insurance!2 Weeks PTO to start + 1 additional day each year you work!Tool allowance up to $390/YearTeam Appreciation events: BBQs, Axe-throwing, dunk tank, go-karts and more!
