The company takes pride in providing reliable workmanship, maintaining high safety standards, and developing the next generation of skilled electricians through hands-on training and mentorship.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Electrical Apprentice Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 15.00 to $ 20.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems.Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.Pull wire, install conduit, and assist with electrical component installation.Read and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.Travel to various job sites with crew members.Electrical Apprentice Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredInterest in pursuing a long-term career in the electrical trade.Reliable attendance, commitment, and strong work ethic.Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate uneven terrain safely.
