As an Electrical Assistant, you'll work alongside electricians on some of the most beautiful homes in Arizona —wiring lighting, power, and integrated smart systems with the attention to detail our clients expect. You'll bring field experience, curiosity, and a willingness to grow into a true craftsperson.What You'll DoSupport electricians on residential new builds and remodelsPull wire, set boxes, install lighting fixtures, devices, and panelsFollow electrical drawings, plans, and scope documents accuratelyCoordinate with AV and lighting integration teams for smooth crossover installsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsiteCommunicate clearly with your crew and project managers about progress and needsRepresent Oasis with professionalism on every site and with every clientWhat We ValueWe're driven by excellence—and by the people who bring it to life.
