You'll work hands-on in a collaborative, onsite environment, transforming detailed blueprints and technical drawings into fully functional equipment that meets customer specifications. Your attention to detail and electrical/mechanical aptitude will be key to delivering top-tier products on time and safely.Required SkillsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and BOMs1-3 years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience, preferably in manufacturingProficiency with hand tools and basic electrical wiring techniquesStrong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterityAbility to perform electrical terminations, wiring, and troubleshooting at a basic levelBasic math skills including fractions, decimals, and metric conversionsCommitment to safety policies and a clean working environmentNice to Have SkillsExperience with panel wiring and control system assemblyFamiliarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systemsBlueprint reading and schematic interpretation expertiseCertification in electrical or industrial assemblyForklift certificationPreferred Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent, Trade school certification highly valuedPrior experience in panel building, electrical wiring, or manufacturing settingsOther RequirementsSteel-toe boots (company offers a stipend, but employees must provide their own initially)Safety glassesAbility to work onsite, typically from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with some flexibilityWillingness to support occasional off-site service or installation work as neededThis is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company with competitive pay starting at $22.00-$26.00 per hour, potential retention bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and 401(k) contributions.
