Job description

Manual Cell OperatorJoin our production team as a Manual Cell Operator and play a key role in delivering quality products. This hands-on position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence make a real difference. What will you do? Assemble components and products following detailed specifications and standardized processes Inspect finished products to verify quality and ensure adherence to standards Work closely with team members to achieve production goals and maintain efficient workflows Keep your work area clean and organized while promptly reporting any equipment issues What are the key skills we are looking for? Customer Orientation — intermediate level; ensuring product quality meets internal and external customer expectations Drives for Results — intermediate level; meeting production targets while maintaining quality standards Digital Literacy — developing level; using digital tools and systems to track production data Operational Health and Safety Management — developing level; following safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment Problem Solving — developing level; identifying and escalating production issues quickly Quality Control & Inspection — developing level; inspecting products to ensure they meet specifications Automation Integration — foundational level; working alongside automated systems in the production process Lean Methodology — foundational level; supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor What qualifications will make you successful?
