If you're looking for a stable opportunity with a company that values quality, safety, and career growth, this could be the perfect fit.Whether you have previous electrical manufacturing experience or are looking to build on your skills, Kelly can help you take the next step in your career.Pay1st Shift: $18.27/hourWeekend Shift: $18.27/hour2nd Shift: $20.10/hourAvailable Schedules1st ShiftMonday – Thursday5:00 AM – 3:00 PMOvertime, when available: Fridays from 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM2nd ShiftMonday – Thursday3:00 PM – 1:00 AMWeekend ShiftFriday – Sunday5:00 AM – 5:00 PMWhat You'll DoAs an Electrical Assembler, you'll play an important role in building high-quality electrical products used in industrial automation and advanced manufacturing.Responsibilities include:Assemble electrical and electronic components according to work instructions.Wire, solder, modify, and test assemblies using hand and power tools.Maintain quality standards while working efficiently in a production environment.Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing processes.What We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.Previous electrical or electronic manufacturing experience preferred (6+ months).Ability to read and write in English.Basic math and measurement skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.Why Work Through Kelly?At Kelly, we're committed to helping talented people find meaningful work with outstanding employers.
