Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that.What This Job Is You'll be part of a team wiring and assembling electrical components for large, custom HVAC units used in commercial and industrial settings.This is hands-on, detail-focused work. You'll be running conduit, pulling wire, and installing components based on prints and build specs.This is not repetitive bench work. Every unit is different, and you'll be expected to stay engaged and keep learning.This is a safety-sensitive position.
