The company specializes in designing and manufacturing state-of-the-art emergency vehicles, including ambulances and fire trucks, customized to meet the needs of each client.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Electrical Assembly Details:Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $25.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)Build electrical components and assemblies for emergency vehicles using drawings, instructions, and schematics.Assemble wire harnesses, connectors, relays, controls, and other electrical components.Read electrical blueprints and install components on electrical panels.Inspect completed assemblies for defects and ensure products meet quality standards.Load materials onto the assembly line and pack finished products for storage or shipmentElectrical Assembly Qualifications:Preferred 2 years of experience working on an electrical or automotive assembly line.Experience with production machinery and assembly procedures.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or imperfections.Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
