Electrical Assembly II (Electro-Mechanical Assembler)Want to build hardware that directly supports those who protect our nation? Join a highly skilled manufacturing team responsible for sustaining and repairing critical magnetics products used in advanced radar defense systems. Your work will help keep mission-critical equipment operating and ready when it matters most. As an Electrical Assembly II (Electro-Mechanical Assembler), you'll repair, fabricate, and modify transformers, power supplies, and magnetic assemblies while working alongside experts in a collaborative depot environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys precision assembly, soldering, troubleshooting, and seeing the direct impact of their work.What You'll DoAssemble, repair, and rework electro-mechanical components and assembliesRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructionsPerform hand soldering to industry and company standardsRoute, connect, and secure electrical and mechanical componentsConduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with specificationsUse production systems for documentation and data entrySupport continuous improvement efforts in a team-focused manufacturing environmentWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma, GED, or technical/vocational training1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience1+ year of hand-soldering experienceAbility to read technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructionsBonus Points ForJ-STD-001 Solder CertificationElectro-mechanical assembly, wiring, or electrical testing experienceExperience in aerospace, defense, AS9100, or ISO-certified environmentsSuccess working within small, high-performing teamsWhy Should You Apply?Health BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
