We are a leading supplier of pumps and fluid transfer technology to the semiconductor, Solar Cells, LEDs, flat-panel displays, electronic and industrial markets.Ready to join us?Job PurposeOur company is seeking an Electronic Assembler (Etech) to assist with electronic assemblies and subassemblies. In this position, you will work with electrical components, and assist with electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies.Essential DutiesAssemble and install electrical components and standard product assemblies according to blueprint specifications with supervision.Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints and work orders with supervision.Use instruments such as calipers, micrometers and gauges to verify dimensions of parts with supervision.Drill and tap holes in specified equipment locations (such as cabinets or back panels) to mount control units and to provide openings for elements and wiring with supervision.Mount/install assembled components into units.Reject non-conforming parts and confer with engineer or lead if there are questions.Alerting others such as Assembler A, supervisor or Engineer to non-conforming components.Maintain a clean and safe workspacePerform other duties as assigned.Essential QualificationsA high school diploma or GED certificateGood mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand toolsAbility to lift 45 pounds when cranes are not practicalBasic electrical experienceWiring experienceMechanical aptitude and the ability to follow directionsAbility to read and understand blueprintsManual dexterityGood communication skills and ability to work with a teamDesirable QualificationsBench assembly experience.Soldering experienceKnowledge of threads, hole punches and drill tap sizes.Ability to use measuring devices (i.e., caliper).Knowledge of electrical control panel building or electrical system integration.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.$25.12 - $26.39
