Electrical Assembly TechnicianJoin a global leader in designing and manufacturing high-speed industrial equipment used across the packaging industry. Here, your work directly contributes to equipment that keeps production lines moving efficiently across the globe.Location: Centennial, COPay: $24.78/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PMStep into a hands-on role where no two builds are the same. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician, you'll work on custom, high-value machinery—wiring systems, building panels, and troubleshooting equipment before it reaches customers. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with your hands, and seeing finished products come to life, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in an advanced manufacturing environment.What You'll Do:Build and wire electrical systems, panels, and assemblies using blueprints and schematicsPerform custom wiring, conduit bending, and harness assemblyTroubleshoot wiring, control panels, and machine componentsTest systems using multimeters, voltmeters, and other diagnostic toolsRoute wiring cleanly for functionality and ease of maintenanceAssist with machine setup, adjustments, and final testingFollow all safety and quality standards, including lock-out/tag-out proceduresWhat You Bring:2+ years of electrical or mechanical assembly experienceHands-on wiring experience (panels, harnesses, terminations)Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematicsExperience with hand and power tools, plus test equipmentStrong understanding of electrical safety and troubleshooting practicesAbility to lift up to 50 lbsNice to Have Skills:Journeyman certification or electrical apprenticeshipTrade school educationMachine building or manufacturing experienceWhy You'll Love This Role:Stable, growing company with long-term advancement opportunities401(k) with up to 6% match (upon conversion)Medical, dental, and vision insurance with low deductiblesClean, temperature-controlled facilityStrong team culture with hands-on training and skill developmentIf you're ready to take your assembly skills to the next level and work on complex, custom-built machinery, apply today and start building a career with purpose.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.78 - $24.78/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
