The ideal candidate is an experienced Journeyman Electrician with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Benefits include Family Medical Care Plan, National Electrical Benefit Fund & National Electrical Annuity Plan.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlan and oversee construction activities, including sequencing, manpower allocation, material needs, equipment usage, and schedulingLead, train, and mentor field personnel; oversee day-to-day operations through assigned ForemenPartner with the Project Manager to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and milestone datesCommunicate site issues, conflicts, progress updates, and quality concerns with the Project Manager and client representativesResolve field construction challenges and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and inspectionsEnforce and monitor safety program compliance; ensure weekly safety inspections and toolbox talks are completedAssist with incident and accident investigations alongside the Safety DepartmentUnderstand subcontractor scopes and ensure schedules and quality expectations are metSupport the Project Manager in subcontractor coordination, quality control, and dispute resolutionReview and support negotiations related to change orders and claimsProvide input on cost and schedule forecastingParticipate in project close-out and ensure punch lists are completed promptlyMentor Project Associates assigned to the projectQualificationsA minimum of three years' experience on construction projects in a Healthcare Foreman or Healthcare General Foreman role (or higher) positionAbility to read and interpret construction documentsEffective communication and leadership skillsKnowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise small to midsized groupsGood organization, multi-tasking, leadership, and decision-making abilityBasic computer skills preferredApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
