Job description
Hoar Construction is seeking a Project Manager in Birmingham to oversee schedule, budget, quality and safety across complex projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, negotiate contracts, manage client expectations, and drive procurement and scheduling activities.
The role requires on-site leadership, oversight of submittals and RFI processes, and close collaboration with the superintendent to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
