Job description
Marvin is seeking an Electrical Controls Supervisor to lead a team of controls technicians supporting our advanced manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you will oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial electrical systems that keep our window and door production lines running safely and efficiently. You’ll prioritize and assign work, drive root cause analysis, and partner with engineering and production to implement controls improvements, support new equipment commissioning, and champion safety and continuous improvement in a people-first, collaborative environment.
