Qualifications
Must be a U.S. citizen capable of attaining and maintaining a DoD security clearance
A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline
Seven (7)+ years of experience working as an Electrical Engineer in a professional environment
Knowledge of Electrical Engineering best practices and rapid development processes.
Hands on experience with fabrication (soldering, cable making, using oscilloscope, volt meter, small hand tools, crimper, and assembling PCBs)
Proven skills in electronic circuits, semiconductors, logic design, schematic capture and PCB layout, cable/harness design, and microprocessors
Knowledge of Weapon Systems and Command & Control Systems
Proficient with PCB design software (OrCad Cadence preferred)
Proficient with creating cable drawings (Visio preferred)
Knowledge of Embedded Software design best practices
Familiarity with SolidWorks preferred
Ability to work with changing program requirements
Ability to define task details, estimates, and scheduled
Ability to work with others to meet established goals and program scheduled
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
