Job description

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support electrical systems and components for advanced technology applications
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve engineering challenges and bring concepts from design through implementation
Contribute to testing, validation, troubleshooting, and refinement of electrical designs
Review requirements, evaluate solutions, and help ensure performance, quality, and reliability standards are met
Document engineering work clearly and maintain organized records to support development and review processes
Participate in iterative problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts across engineering workflows
Skills
Background in electrical engineering or a closely related discipline
Experience supporting electrical design, analysis, testing, or troubleshooting
Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills and the ability to share technical information with others
Organized approach to managing tasks, documentation, and priorities
Preferred Skills
Experience working on advanced hardware, mobility, robotics, or similarly complex engineering systems
Exposure to cross-functional product development teams
Ability to adapt quickly and contribute to evolving project needs
Interest in innovative technologies and continuous learning
