Fortify Technical Staffing works with Architectural, Engineering, Construction Firms and MEP Consultancies nationwide. I have a few other clients looking for EEs in South Florida as well.
THE CLIENT
This particular client is a smaller sized (+/- 200 ppl, 3 offices) multidisciplinary firm who work on a number of Energy/Utility related projects and are expanding their building systems/ MEP presence (commercial, industrial, institutional, multi-unit residential, etc.)
OVERVIEW
The ideal Candidate will have 8+ years of electrical engineering experience in MEP and their PE. You will design power distribution, lighting, and low voltage/ ICT.
ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
• Degreed BSEE BSAE or equivalent, 8+ years’ experience, PE preferred
• Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, COMCheck, AGI 32
• Electrical design of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm in accordance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE codes
• Electrical equipment calcs, selection, and layout of switchgear, transformers, electrical panels and emergency generators
• Construction documents
• Project Management, site/ client visits, estimates, budgets
