A confidential electrical contractor in Watertown, Connecticut, is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to support commercial and industrial electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of electrical estimating experience, including the ability to review plans, perform material and labor takeoffs, and prepare accurate, competitive bids. This position offers an annual salary of $100,000 and the opportunity to contribute to project planning, cost management, and the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Prepare detailed electrical estimates, including material quantities, labor costs, subcontractor pricing, and overall project costs.
Review electrical drawings, specifications, and bid documents to identify project requirements and potential cost considerations.
Experience with Accubid and Bluebeam is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing, verify material costs, and support competitive bid submissions. xhqgsiq
Maintain organized estimating documentation, meet bid deadlines, and collaborate with project management and operations teams.
