As a member of the team, you will receive the training, support and incentives to help you achieve excellence in your work.PRIMARY FUNCTION:We are searching for a skilled Electrical Foreman who will grow and develop their long-term career with Kilgore Industries. The Foreman is responsible for the preparation and installation of electrical systems. Additionally, the Foreman ensures the team works in a clean and working together environment. The primary function of the Electrical Foreman is to produce quality work in a safe and productive manner.PRIMARY DUTIES:- Installs electrical switchgear, fixtures, raceways, conductors, devices and other electrical work in commercial, institutional and public buildings- Reads and interprets blue print drawings- Effectively communicates, manages and leads assigned crew members- Work with the Superintendent and Project Manager well as a team- Maintains a clean and safe working environment- Has a good understanding on how to operate the tools in a safe and efficient manner- Reports to the jobsite Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm and additional hours as necessary- Maintains constant communication with the Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman and Superintendent- Maintains a professional working relationship with the General ContractorsQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:- High School Diploma or GED- Valid driver's license- Must have a current Texas Journeyman Card- 4 years of commercial electrical experience- Must be a good communicator, verbal and written- Must be self-motivated, hardworking and reliable- Must have general knowledge of electrical systems and the desire to advance- E-Verify, background check, physical and drug screen required- Able to work in fast paced environments and accomplish tasks in a timely manner- Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds- Works well in a team environment- Electrical tools required- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plusKilgore Industries, LP offers competitive compensation packages, weekly direct deposited paychecks, paid company holidays, 401K plan, as well as health benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/ AD&D, STD, LTD and supplemental life insurance.
