Electrical Foreman/Journeyman/LeadLead High-Impact Electrical Projects with LEFT COAST ELECTRICJob Overview:Company: LEFT COAST ELECTRICSalary/Pay Rate: $35 - $50 per hour (based on experience)Location: San Dimas, California (In-Office + 20% travel required)Job/Employment Type: Full TimeProject Scope: Commercial, and Industrial Electrical & ControlsMandatory Licences & Certifications:The Opportunity:You will serve as a key field leader directing high-quality electrical installations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. This role empowers you to guide field teams while executing projects safely, on time, and to precise specifications. You will make a direct impact on our rapid company growth while taking on expanding career leadership opportunities.How You Will Make an Impact:Direct and mentor daily field crews to ensure electrical installations meet top quality standards.Oversee job site execution from layout to completion across varied project environments.Enforce strict workplace safety standards and proper equipment usage on every job site.Coordinate material handling, workflow scheduling, and task assignments for maximum field efficiency.Inspect work in progress to ensure full compliance with plans and local electrical codes.Solve site-level technical obstacles independently to keep project timelines moving forward efficiently.Required Qualifications & Experience:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on electrical and/or leadership experience.Demonstrated ability to lead field crews and maintain high quality control.Strong technical background in commercial or industrial electrical systems.Proven track record of self-motivation and finishing complex jobs on schedule.Preferred Qualifications & Experience:High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Prior experience managing cross-sector projects involving electrical controls.Valid driver's license, OSHA 10/30, CPR, scissor lift/aerial platform, forklift, excavator/skid steer operation, and/or journeyman card a Plus!Compensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly pay cycle with project completion bonus opportunities.401(k) retirement savings program featuring employer matching contributions.Full health insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, HSA, and disability plans.Paid time off for holidays, vacation days, and sick leave.Travel projects with per diem allowance provided for assignments outside the core area.Comprehensive safety equipment provided alongside employer-paid safety and technical training.Unique team culture perks including annual company outings and trips.About Us:LEFT COAST ELECTRIC is a fast-growing electrical and controls contractor operating across the commercial, and industrial sectors.
