Electrical Foreman / Lead ElectricianLocation: Erie, PA Pay: $34–$48/hour, depending on experience and qualifications Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Job Type: Direct Hire Full-Time Travel: Local travel only, no overnight travelSuperior Skilled Trades is partnered with a well-established electrical contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman / Lead Electrician to join their team in Erie, PA.This is a hands-on leadership position supporting residential and commercial electrical service work throughout Erie and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is a skilled Journeyman Electrician who can independently troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, perform clean and code-compliant work, communicate professionally with customers and coworkers, and provide leadership to apprentices and helpers.ResponsibilitiesPerform residential and commercial electrical service workInstall, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipmentDiagnose electrical issues and recommend appropriate repairs or solutionsComplete work according to electrical code, project scope, schedule, and company quality standardsRead and interpret electrical plans, job notes, and work orders as neededWork independently while maintaining strong communication with customers, coworkers, and managementProvide direction and support to apprentices and helpers when assignedMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentKeep tools, materials, and equipment organized and in good working conditionFollow all company safety policies and quality standardsRepresent the company professionally while working in customers' homes and businessesQualificationsJourneyman Electrician license/card required, or ability to obtain one within an established timeframeStrong residential and/or commercial electrical service experienceSolid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and safe work practicesAbility to perform clean, professional, code-compliant electrical workPrevious lead or foreman experience preferredStrong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional communication and customer service skillsValid driver's licenseAbility to safely perform physical electrical field work and lift materials as requiredMust be comfortable working in a smoke-free environmentCompensation & Benefits$34–$48/hour based on experience and qualificationsFull-time, Monday–Friday schedule40–50 hours per week with overtime opportunitiesCompany vehicleFuel cardHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offRetirement planProfessional development assistanceReferral programRelocation assistanceCompany-provided apparelWhy Join the Team?This is an opportunity to join a professional, family-focused electrical contractor that values quality workmanship, teamwork, accountability, and work-life balance.
