Electrical ForemanElectrical Foreman (Medium Voltage) Schwenksville, PA Hourly Rate: $38.00- $42.00Responsibilities:Responsible for managing commercial and industrial electrical projectsExperience working with medium voltages greater than 1kVExperience reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications while adhering to electrical codesHands on experience bending and installing RMC, IMC, and EMTExperience leading a team of electricians and assigning required daily tasksTracking manpower for specific tasks and assuring efficient executionJob-site management ensuring the proper materials are onsite to perform the scope of work required to be completedSuccessful completion of projects within scheduled deadlines and budgetsCoordinating and communicating project updates with the office team regarding change orders and other pertinent project informationStrong communication with the onsite supervisor and other tradesAble to complete and deliver as-builts and project closeout documentationRequirements:8+ years of experience and education in commercial and industrial electrical projects working with Medium VoltageMust have 3+ years of experience leading a team of electriciansPossess underground duct bank and transformer vault experienceCapable of working in a high reach, scissor lift, and or bucket truckMust possess a solid understanding of grounding and bonding requirements for electrical systemsMust have excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and detail orientedMust be certified in OSHA 30Must possess strong knowledge of NECMust have valid driver's licenseFormal schooling preferred in the electrical fieldFour year accredited electrical school requiredExperience operating heavy equipment a plusClass CDL B is a plusBenefits:Aetna Healthcare Plan (50% contribution by employer)Dental and Vision offeredBenefits eligible on the 1st of the month following 30 days employmentFlexible PTOPaid HolidaysWeekly direct depositAnnual bonusesContinuous specialized training opportunities for personal growth
