Electrical ForemanBryant Electric is actively seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing electrical crews on commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards.The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with extensive commercial electrical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage crews, coordinate with other trades, and drive project execution in the field.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceBasic Life InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability401(k) with Company MatchPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)Career growth and advancement opportunitiesWhat You'll Do:Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction projectsCoordinate daily field operations and assign tasks based on project priorities and manpowerEnsure all electrical work is installed safely, correctly, and in accordance with plans, specifications, and codesRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job drawings to direct installation activitiesPlan and organize work including conduit routing, wire pulls, panel installations, and device layoutEnsure materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly utilizedMonitor job progress and ensure weekly production goals and schedules are metCoordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, inspectors, and other tradesEnforce company safety policies and maintain a strong safety culture on all job sitesConduct quality control checks to ensure installations meet company and industry standardsTrain, mentor, and develop electricians and apprentices on the teamMaintain jobsite organization, documentation, and communication with managementWhat You'll Bring:Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial electrical experiencePrior experience in a Foreman or leadership role requiredNational Electrical Code "NEC" KnowledgeCrew management of at least 5 individualsMaterial management and looking aheadStrong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installation practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawingsExperience with conduit systems (EMT, rigid, PVC), wire pulling, terminations, and equipment installationStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage crews and coordinate multiple field activities simultaneouslyKnowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and inspection processes.Valid driver's license preferredAbility to pass background check, MVR, and drug screeningPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in active construction environmentsAbility to climb ladders and work from lifts at elevated heightsAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsWorking with Our Company:At Bryant Electric, we are one of South Florida's leading electrical contractors, serving commercial, industrial, and retail clients for nearly 40 years.
