Electrical Foreman - Per Diem OfferedFlagstaff, Arizona - Posted on July 22, 2026 Published By Tristen WatsonTrillium Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead teams on long-term, utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Flagstaff, AZ.Pay rate is $47.28 / hour plus Per Diem: $144 / day (7 days/week for qualified candidates).As an Electrical Foreman, you will directly supervise and direct a crew of approximately 10 Journeymen and Apprentice Electricians, ensuring high quality, strict safety compliance, and on-schedule execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and mentor a crew of ~10 electricians (Journeymen & Apprentices).Oversee site work specifically related to utility-scale BESS installation and integration.Ensure all safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules are strictly maintained.Communicate daily progress and project updates with management and general oversight.Benefits & Compensation:Pay Rate: $47.28 / hrPer Diem: $144 / dayHealth Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageRetirement: 401(k) retirement savings planProject Duration: Long-termQualifications:Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman on commercial, industrial, or utility-scale projects.Direct experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is strongly preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and crew-management skills.Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.Trillium Construction Services has been recruiting and hiring construction and skilled trades talent for over 30 years.
