Electrical Foreman – Multifamily ConstructionBigFoot Staffing is partnering with a well-established electrical and mechanical contractor to find an experienced Electrical Foreman for multifamily new-construction projects throughout the Willamette Valley.This position is ideal for an Oregon-licensed electrician with extensive foreman experience who can lead field crews, coordinate installations, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.Compensation: Starting at $48+ per hour, depending on experienceWhat You'll DoLead electrical crews on multifamily new-construction projectsPlan daily field activities and assign work based on project prioritiesMonitor workmanship, productivity, safety, and schedule performanceInstall and oversee the installation of electrical distribution equipment, services, and panelsCoordinate underground and in-ground conduit installationsOversee lighting and lighting-control system installationsInstall and supervise wiring systems, including NMB, MC, single-conductor cable, EMT, PVC, and rigid conduitInstall and oversee low-voltage systemsTroubleshoot electrical wiring, lighting, equipment, and devicesRead and interpret complex blueprints, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagramsCoordinate with project leadership, general contractors, inspectors, and other tradesEnsure work complies with project specifications, applicable codes, and safety requirementsTrain and support journeymen, apprentices, and laborers in the fieldIdentify material, equipment, and manpower needs before they affect the scheduleWhat We're Looking ForCurrent Oregon electrical licenseAt least five years of experience working as an Electrical ForemanStrong multifamily or commercial new-construction experienceDemonstrated ability to lead crews and coordinate field operationsThorough knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable codesAbility to read construction drawings and plan work from project documentsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsBasic English proficiency sufficient to understand safety requirements, follow instructions, and communicate with coworkers, vendors, contractors, and inspectorsBenefitsAffordable medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families401(k) retirement plan with a 3% employer matchSix paid holidays and paid time offEmployer-paid life and AD&D insuranceInternal training and professional-development opportunitiesBonus programApply today to connect with BigFoot Staffing and learn more about this leadership opportunity.
