Join a team of driven individuals at one of the fastest-growing electrical contractors in the Southeast—where excellence and growth go hand in hand.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage crews on commercial electrical job sitesInterpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsCoordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other tradesEnsure all work is completed according to code, schedule, and safety standardsMaintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and material trackingTrain, mentor, and evaluate electrical apprentices and journeymenRequirements:5+ years of commercial electrical experienceProven leadership skills with experience running crewsStrong understanding of NEC codes and OSHA safety practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematicsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationJourneyman or Master Electrician license preferredWe also offer a full benefits package that includes: Health Insurance - 4 different plans to choose from · Dental/Vision/Life · 401K Matching · Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays · Employee Referral ProgramPhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed during the workday.Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.Ability to safely navigate construction sites, including uneven surfaces and ladders.Must be able to use hand tools and power tools required for electrical tasks.Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, etc.).Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.Job Type: Full-time Owen Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer #OEC
