Job description
Job TitleFacilitate the definition of proper scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and budget. Assemble and coordinate project staff, providing direction to the team. Lead the planning and implementation of projects while managing budgets and participating in review meetings. Track and report project performance to ensure successful outcomes.ResponsibilitiesNegotiate and resolve issues related to Change Orders, Requests for Information, and Contract Scope in a timely manner.Proactively identify project risks and develop solutions.Maintain a strong rapport with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service.Conduct site walks for quality assurance and project reviews.Conduct project evaluations and assessments to identify improvement opportunities.Manage all closeout procedures, including documentation, filing, record drawings, construction cost database input, follow-up marketing, and team debriefing.Drive division profitability through effective project execution.Essential SkillsProject managementElectrical experienceProcore software proficiencyField experience in the electrical spaceBasic Microsoft Suite experienceAbility to multi-task in high-volume, fast-paced work environmentsAbility to manage and run multiple projectsExceptional computer skillsFluent in estimating3+ years' experience preferredAdditional Skills & QualificationsHands-on electrical experienceWorking knowledge of projects and codeMulti-family/mixed-use construction experience preferredJourneyman or master electrical license a plusExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsMeticulous and well-organizedStable employment historyOSHA certificationFASA BASA certificationWork EnvironmentJoin a fast-growing electrical contractor that values its employees like family, with an aim for long-term employment. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
