Electrical General ForemanLocation: Tonopah, NV AreaPay: $41.00/hrPer Diem: $770/weekSchedule: 60 hours/week (6x10s)Project Duration: Approximately 2 YearsAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Electrical General Foreman to lead crews on a large-scale industrial construction project near Tonopah, Nevada. This role will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, coordinating manpower and resources, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.This is a remote, outdoor industrial project focused on the refurbishment of an existing facility and construction of a new plant. Candidates with heavy industrial experience are strongly preferred.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise electrical crews performing high, medium, and low-voltage electrical installationsOversee underground and above-ground conduit installation activitiesManage cable tray installation and switchgear installation projectsDirect cable pulling operations with crews of 12+ electricians and wire pullersOversee cable terminations for high-voltage, medium-voltage, and low-voltage systemsCoordinate electrical startup and commissioning activitiesRead, interpret, and execute work from construction drawings and project specificationsPlan daily work activities and ensure crews are meeting production goalsMaintain a strong safety culture and enforce all jobsite safety requirementsCoordinate labor, equipment, and materials with field leadership and project managementTrain and mentor electricians and foremen while maintaining quality workmanship standardsRequired QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience as an Electrical ForemanExperience supervising crews of 12 or more employeesStrong knowledge of: high-voltage electrical systems, medium-voltage electrical systems, low-voltage electrical systems, underground conduit installation, above-ground conduit installation, rigid conduit installation, cable tray installation, switchgear installation, cable pulling operations, electrical terminationsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExperience leading large industrial electrical projectsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside project leadership and craft personnelPreferred ExperienceExperience with:Heavy industrial constructionPower generation facilitiesMining facilitiesIndustrial manufacturing plantsLarge-scale process facilitiesCandidates from industrial contractors such as MMR, Turner Industries, KBR, TIC, and similar organizations are highly encouraged to apply.Project DetailsProject located approximately 1.5 hours outside Tonopah, NVTransportation provided from Tonopah to the jobsiteWorkday begins onsite at 6:00 AM and ends at 4:30 PMTransportation departs Tonopah around 4:15-4:30 AM and returns around 6:00 PMAll work is performed outdoors in a remote industrial environmentSite elevation is approximately 7,000 feetWinter weather conditions, including snow, should be expectedLimited services available at the project siteAdditional Benefits$770 weekly per diemLong-term 2-year project stabilityComputer hardware provided for foreman roles if neededCompany provides specialty precision instruments and surveying equipmentOpportunity to play a key leadership role on a major industrial construction projectIf you're an experienced Electrical Foreman with strong industrial experience and a proven ability to lead crews, we'd love to hear from you.
