Monday - Friday
Start Time: 6:15 AM
Project Duration: Approximately 8 Months
Proman Skilled Trades is seeking Electrical Helpers/Spotters for a long-term project in Cedar Rapids, IA. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the electrical construction industry while working alongside experienced professionals.
Job Duties:
Serve as a spotter for electrical crews
Assist electricians and supervisors with basic tasks
Lifting, carrying, and moving materials
Digging, trenching, and excavating
Drilling, cutting, and sawing as directed
Jobsite cleanup and material organization
Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
Strong safety awareness and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Previous construction experience is a plus
Additional Information
Pay is weekly every Friday
Per Diem for those who qualify
