Carroll Electric | Seattle area
Full-time | $45–$55 per hour, depending on experience
Carroll Electric is a small, family-run electrical company serving the Seattle area. Cameron founded the company in 2024 and works alongside his brother Tyler and our electrician Slater. We move quickly, care about clean and dependable work, and want another experienced electrician who can grow with us.
The work:
Most of this position involves residential electrical work, including remodel rough-ins and trims, service calls, troubleshooting, additions, panel and circuit work, and whole-home rewires. Knob-and-tube replacement is one of our specialties.
We also perform commercial work, which currently makes up about 20% of our projects. Assignments will match your Washington electrical certification.
You will often work alongside Tyler, but we need someone who can also read a written scope, organize their own tasks, and work independently when assigned.
What we’re looking for
Active Washington residential journey-level electrician (02) certificate
Strong residential rough-in, trim, remodel, and service experience
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems without constant direction
Good workmanship and attention to job-site cleanliness
Clear communication with the crew and customers
Dependability and a valid driver’s license
Experience with knob-and-tube rewires, older homes, and leading a small crew is a plus. Applicants with an active Washington 01 certificate are also welcome to apply; compensation and responsibilities would be discussed separately.
Pay, benefits, and schedule
$40–$55 per hour , based on experience and ability
Full-time position; hours may vary with the project schedule
