Electrical Manager | Lead a Five-Star Team at Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical

We're looking for an Electrical Manager with a superior work ethic, a passion for coaching, and a commitment to doing things the right way. As our Electrical Manager, you'll make sure every customer receives service that reflects our core values and our Happiness Guarantee. You'll train your team, set clear expectations, and build the processes that drive great customer communication and seamless service from start to finish. You'll be your team's go-to leader, coach, and biggest supporter.

What You'll Do:
Lead weekly team meetings and sales-based training that drive technician performance and uphold our core values
Make sure every team member knows their minimum expectations and has a clear, actionable path to hit their targets
Drive same-day service completion and hassle-free, memorable customer experiences
Hit the road for ride-alongs and job site visits to coach your team, evaluate service quality, and ensure company protocols are followed
Build a culture of continuous improvement through training, performance reviews, and actionable feedback
Onboard and train new hires so they start strong and align with Handyside standards
Partner with management on disciplinary meetings, performance improvement plans, and operational strategy
Track key performance indicators and tackle gaps before they become problems
Provide technical and sales support to field technicians, including after-hours support when needed
Collaborate with leadership to strengthen communication, operational efficiency, and financial performance
Champion a safe, productive work environment through training and best practices
What You Bring:
5+ years of management experience with proven leadership and coaching skills
Strong knowledge of service processes and customer relationship management
A self-motivated, team-first attitude
A strong commitment to dependability and reliability
Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
A professional, positive attitude that creates HAPPY customer experiences
Ability to pass a background screening
