Electrical-Mechanical Assembler - 2nd ShiftManpower is currently seeking an Electrical-Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift for a manufacturing company in Fort Collins, CO. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on assembly work and has experience working with both electrical and mechanical components. You'll play an important role in building quality products while expanding your technical skills in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.$21.00/hour starting pay, additional 5% bonus opportunity, 2nd shift schedule, hands-on technical work, opportunity to build electrical and mechanical assembly skills, team-oriented manufacturing environment, long-term growth potential.Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials (BOMs). Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and soldering tasks. Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting. Complete production and quality documentation. Identify and communicate quality or process concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to support production goals.High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience, ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings, experience using hand and power tools, strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, ability to follow detailed work instructions, ability to work independently and as part of a team.Technical certification or vocational training, electronics, mechatronics, or related technical background, experience in ISO or lean manufacturing environments, familiarity with multimeters and testing equipment, IPC soldering certification or equivalent soldering experience.Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, frequent use of hands and tools throughout the day, ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed, strong visual attention to detail for assembly and inspection work.Interested?
