Whether your journey with us lasts two days or two years, we value your contribution.What You'll Do as a Panel Builder:Assemble electrical control panels, junction boxes, and electrical subassemblies used in automated equipmentRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring layouts, and production instructionsRoute, label, terminate, and organize wiring to ensure accurate electrical connectionsInstall electrical components such as relays, switches, sensors, breakers, power supplies, and terminal blocksPerform electrical testing and assist with system verification proceduresTroubleshoot wiring issues and identify corrective actions when neededVerify the functionality of sensors, switches, and other electrical devicesUse hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete assembly tasksMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environmentCollaborate with engineering, production, and assembly teams to support equipment builds and project completionContribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, and workplace safetyWhat You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:High school diploma or GED requiredTechnical school training, vocational education, or related hands-on experience preferredStrong mechanical and electrical aptitude with a desire to learn industrial control systemsAbility to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical instructionsExperience with electrical assembly, panel building, manufacturing, or industrial production environments preferredFamiliarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workDependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitudeEffective problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and perform physical assembly work throughout the shiftWe don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!BenefitsWeekly pay$5 prescription drugs$5 doctor's visit copaysFree teledoctor serviceFree counseling servicesLife insurance includedVision insurance includedDental insurance includedVacation and holiday payScholarship Opportunities401(k) retirement planFree legal servicesOur unbeatable employee discount programApply today with ?nin Staffing
