Job description
Vanguard-IP is seeking a legal professional with a Juris Doctor or equivalent in Law and experience in patent preparation and prosecution in the electrical arts. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with excellent research and communication skills. Registration with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and licensure to practice law in California are also required.
