Ongoing Technical and Professional Development Training
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems efficiently and accurately.
Perform comprehensive whole-home plumbing safety inspections.
Explain plumbing issues, technical findings, recommended solutions, and repair options to homeowners.
Recommend appropriate repairs and upgrades, including tankless water heaters, water filtration systems, water quality solutions, and other plumbing enhancements.
Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional recommendations.
Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training.
Performance Expectations
Conduct thorough safety inspections on every visit.
Support membership plan growth and customer retention.
Maintain a callback rate below 3% through quality workmanship and attention to detail.
