Job description
⚡ Electrical Project Manager – Healthcare Construction ⚡ Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties
$110,000–$130,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance
We're seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare construction to lead AHCA-regulated projects throughout South Florida.
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead healthcare electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout
✅ Manage budgets, schedules, manpower planning, procurement, and subcontractors
✅ Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
✅ Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, and AHCA representatives
✅ Oversee QA/QC, safety, commissioning, punch list, and project closeout activities
What We're Looking For:
5–10+ years of Electrical Project Management experience
Strong electrical systems knowledge and full project lifecycle management experience
Experience with AHCA plan reviews, approvals, inspections, and documentation
Experience working in occupied healthcare environments, shutdowns, and infection control procedures
Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 70, NFPA 99, NFPA 101, OSHA, emergency power, fire alarm, nurse call, and low-voltage systems
Preferred Software Experience:

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel & Word
✔ BIM Coordination & Clash Detection
