My client, a rapidly-growing contractor known for delivering complex, high‑visibility projects across the DMV region , is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to support major Data Center and Commercial builds.
This is a confidential search for a Project Manager who can lead electrical scopes on fast‑paced, technically demanding projects while partnering closely with owners, trade partners, and internal leadership.
The Role
You will oversee electrical construction on large ground‑up projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and cost alignment from preconstruction through closeout. The position is based in Northern Virginia , with projects throughout the DMV region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical construction activities on mission‑critical and commercial projects
Manage subcontractors, scheduling, procurement, and coordination
Partner with design teams and owners to resolve technical challenges
Drive project execution with a focus on safety, quality, and delivery excellence
Support preconstruction, budgeting, and value‑engineering efforts
Maintain strong documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders
